Connected: An Internet Encyclopedia

The blurb:
The Internet Encyclopedia is my attempt to take the Internet tradition of open, free protocol specifications, merge it with a 1990s Web presentation, and produce a readable and useful reference to the technical operation of the Internet.

"1990s Web presentation" is apparently not a self-deprecating joke about the writer's web design skills; this truly appears to consist almost entirely of content written in the 1990s, with scant updates since.

Still looks like an interesting and useful site, though.
