Nvu - The Complete Web Authoring System for Windows, Mac and Linux

Haven't tried this yet. If it lives up to the hype, I just might finally have an HTML editor that I can recommend to non-technical people to keep them from using FrontPage. Again, I might. Depends on how good the CSS support is.

Based on the Mozilla Composer, which I've always wondered about since Firefox/Thunderbird became the way of the future.

Comments:

It's ok, but it has a a lot of rough edges. Up until version .90 it would crash every time I tried to save a file. That makes it very difficult to make progress on building web sites.
