This is where I was able to find a mirror of Jad, as the main Jad page seems to be down. I found this by googling for "jadnt158.zip". I have idea what else might be lurking in this labyrinth of inscrutably-named directories. Appears to also be available via FTP. InformIT's main website doesn't seem to contain any explanation of this archive or mirror site running on their domain.
